A Florida native raised in Michigan, Joel Guilbert has a Bachelor’s of Finance from the Donald W. Maine School of Business. He is the Principal of our agency and has over 15 years of experience in insurance. He is a loyal fan of the Michigan State Spartans and Detroit Lions, and remains optimistic about the future success of his teams. He is well-versed in technology, enjoys the gym, works tirelessly, and is an avid reader.

Born and raised in California. Marie Caravana has her Bachelor’s in Political Science with a heavy focus in the Biological Sciences. She started with Alliance Insurance Partners and does CSR, administrator, and marketing work. Her favorite manga is ½ Prince. She is a runner and keen non-fiction reader. Her #1 dessert is Haagen-Dazs Black Cherry Amaretto Gelato. She has a dog and two cats (Coco, Midnight, and Buttercup respectively) and is married to Joel. She hopes to master Filipino cooking and return to Krav Maga this year.

FOOOOOUUUUUR!!!! Matt Blackstun here! For my current customers, you understand that I do insurance during the day, insurance during the night, and insurance while I sleep! The gang will call me the “workhorse” of the group but I don’t take anything away from the ongoing daily efforts that my teammates do for our customers.

Don’t let my boyish looks fool you, I have mentored insurance agents and owners that have been in the industry for decades longer than I have. My biggest joy is helping a client avoid a situation that may have financially crippled them if they had been going down the same road with their insurance policies. If you have family or a friend, chances are I am licensed in that state.

I am committed to every one of my clients as if they were family. We thrive on finding solutions for our clients and celebrate every win that our customers receive when working with Alliance Insurance Partners.

My beautiful bride Amy and I have been together since our high school years. We enjoy the east Valley and everything that it has to offer. When I am not working, I am trying to find a golf ball lodged into some tall grass or trying to convince myself that my fantasy football team is the best known to mankind!

I have been a husband to my beautiful wife for 24 years and a father for the last 21 years. Born in MD into a career military family, raised in WV just outside of Pittsburgh PA. Enjoyed growing up in a small town. A United States Marine that led me to law enforcement when my tour was up. I learned many things being a Law Enforcement officer, the main one it wasn’t for me. An opportunity to work at United Airlines presented itself, that I couldn’t pass by. I became an Emergency Procedures Training Instructor in Chicago IL. Traveled the world and enjoyed the travel just not without my young family. Decided to make a career move after 15 years, to work in Insurance industry where I began my life in insurance! I appreciate the chance to help people with insuring all their needs and providing the best value for them.

I moved from Indiana to Arizona in 2017 for sunshine and new adventures. Traveling around Arizona and neighboring states has been my favorite thing to do since my big move. During my free time I love exploring new hiking trails, searching for the best taco places out there (recommendations welcomed) and working out (because of all the tacos). Most importantly, I am a proud dog mom to a very fluffy Sheltie, Alice.

I have been working in the insurance industry since 2010 with experience in areas of service, sales, and underwriting. As part of the Alliance team, my role is to provide excellent customer service. I am here to answer all your insurance related questions and solve any problems that may occur down the road. I take pleasure in developing relationships with all my customers and look forward to working with you.

Hi everyone!

I am new to insurance but very excited to learn from all the excellent people around me! I strive for excellence in everything I do and learn from every situation I am in. I am very diligent, detail oriented and I promise to do everything possible to make your experience with all of your insurance needs a good one!

I grew up in Arizona with my parents and three siblings. I worked in the food industry for about four years and loved it but, realized that I was meant to help more people and wanted to make even more of a difference.

I am very enthusiastic and love to do just about anything outdoors. I hold a special place in my heart for my two shih tzu Pomeranians and of course anything that is made with chocolate!
